Had a good experience with my sales rep Gee Cao, came to terms on a truck signed off on their numbers, brought my own financing. Sales manager Adam approved the deal. The dealership had me return at closing to sign the paperwork. Everything was going great until Josh in their finance dept. wouldn't issue me draft instructions for my CU or prepare paper work because I wouldn't let him finance me or complete a credit app. They were hoping they could pressure me into bad financing because I wanted the truck. No sir. Then after all the pressure, misinformation and me walking out they suddenly decide maybe they can prepare the paperwork after all. Its now 7:00 pm. I have had my financing in place since 9:00 am waiting on the paperwork. No thanks. I am proud of my membership in Navy Federal and will always finance with them. Some places have no ethics.

Jacob was a HUGE help! He made the car shopping experience super easy for me! He had all the cars lined up and waiting for me. He talked through each car with me and made sure each had what I was looking for. At the end we went through each and discovered the best one for me!! He was very accommodating to me and my very busy schedule. I will forever get my vehicles with him! You should too!

Jacob is such a great help, he knows exactly what you’re looking for and has the best patience! I’ve never came across someone who’s taken care of his customers like him, he will make sure to put you in the best position you could be in and will give you such great advice. Jacob was great. He knew what type of car/suv I needed based upon my driving habits and needs. Took about 4 hours from the time we arrived to driving off the lot with the papers signed and I had expected that. I bought a Subaru for the first time and I was very surprised at the value of the vehicle. Great experience. I would recommend purchasing the 4 yr maintenance plan. It pays for itself in a year if you drive a lot.

Cody and Adam went above and beyond to find the car that I wanted. They kept me informed each step of the way. Becky in Finance did a great job with the paperwork. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a new GMC, Subaru or Cadillac
