I had a great car buying experience at Douglass Mazda. Chance, who showed me the cars, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase. He took his time and I never felt rushed or pressured. All the employees I met at the dealership were very professional and accommodating. I was treated with respect from the first time I contacted them until I drove off in a new car. Mazda has great cars and based on this buying experience this is a great dealership.

The service at Douglas Mazda was great! I bought my first car from here and they definitely made the process easy and memorable! Both Travis and Chance are very kind, respectful, and personable. Extremely quick to get back to your questions. I felt very welcome and I absolutely love the deal I got on my new Mazda. Thank y’all so much! I was extremely impressed by the whole process and everyone at the dealership.

I had THE BEST car buying experience at Douglass Mazda. The sales service was excellent. Sales member Justin Poirier was extremely professional, well-mannered, polite, and super helpful. If he is not the head manager, this man certainly is well qualified and deserves a promotion. He was an expert in the vehicle features, (even some I wouldn't of known about otherwise) & went above and beyond in helping with my vehicle purchase, even when I was coming from far out of town and needed to reschedule. He was accommodating to all my questions and very patient, & even helped me figure out my rental car situation after I purchased the new car. I am highly satisfied with the true ease of a car buying experience from Douglass Mazda. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, new or used, than this place, and go directly to Justin Poirier.

I came in to get a replacement key for a Mazda I own and I’m not even kidding when I say that even just making that small of a purchase from them the sales man made me feel like very welcome and he was ready to help me! If I ever need another Mazda in the future I will be buying it from them because of the service alone. Very nice people.
