HOME OF THE NICE GUYS is spot on !!!!nMy Sales Rep., Justin Poirier, was attentive, kind and completely transparent while responding to my specific needs in purchasing a used vehicle I found listed on their website. From the very beginning I was treated with patience and respect. Every detail of the process was explained by him and then a follow-up with the GM, Dane Goddard, who exemplified courtesy and professionalism. Once my specified terms were met and it was time to meet with the Finance person I figured the high pressure of a typical car purchase would begin and my anxiety would kick in. I couldn't have been more wrong! Elton Duffy the Finance part of this experience was very calm and totally placed us at ease. All my questions were met with detailed answers and I was not given the typical forceful up-sale of the warranty, instead I was given facts about my purchase and what my specific needs might include and then allowed a moment to decide if I would like the offer presented.
