Got the run around in Houston looking for a ‘21 4Runner Venture Edition, not to mention some sleazy sales/negotiation tactics. Hello! Our experience with Bernard was excellent, his service and dedication was very accommodating and friendly! I bought a used 2014 Toyota Tacoma from them (V6 double cab). The truck was in top shape and was priced accordingly (27K with 77,700 miles which was on the mark with Kelly Blue Book) so we went straight to financing after the test drive and thorough inspection. They were not pushy and the atmosphere was relaxed. I was offered a superb rate which kept my monthly payments where I needed them. Since I don't live in the area, they didn't waste my time trying to sell me dealer services that I won't ever use. I did, however, purchase a 60,000 mile extended warranty from Toyota which I saw value in having that extra piece of mind. In conclusion, I will drive down from DFW again to purchase another vehicle from them in the future
Highly recommended to car buyers. a certain Cliff the sales staff was so nice with high professionalism attitudes in terms of dealing with customer's. My Son and I were pretty much satisfied. It ended all good, therefore, I bring home on same day the fj cruiser 2014 model.
I cannot say enough good things about their servicing. They never try to upsell me and they seem honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done. Everyone is very polite and well organized. Even when I temporarily relocate this summer to a bigger city, I’m planning on making trips back here to service my car.
