I visited with Chris Terrell on a Thursday and looked at a few trucks. He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. They didn't have it on the lot, but Chris and his sales team went right to work, located it on Friday, and had it delivered the same day. Chris ran my trade-ins and paperwork through Friday evening and had everything ready to go on Saturday. He's stayed in touch and followed up on getting me scheduled to have some aftermarket items installed. Ms. Susie at reception was very friendly and helpful. Emerico in finance was awesome and made the not so fun part of signing paperwork enjoyable. One of the best buying experiences I've had. I bought a service plan for the first time ever, so I will be taking my truck back for oil changes and tire rotations for at least the next 3 years. I will definitely come back to see Chris for my next one.
