Every thing that I got from here ran good bought my avalanche and other vehicles from here never had a problem. Customer service was great . For a as is car lot I give a five star rating hand down.So if you in need of a car truck suv you should stop by.Cause when every other car lot say no Mr . Martinez is all ways will to help.
This place DONT even deserve one star. I have bought three vehicles from him before but this time I purchased one just for it to break down one month 5 days later. I could not contact him to pay payments or to see what’s wrong w vehicle. Long store short I was told it was the transmission. Instead of owing up to it. He said I didn’t make a payment and that he was keeping the car. I had the car one month it broke dokey the day before the payment was due. Took him a month to tell me I haven’t paid and he knows what wrong w the vehicle and that he was keeping it. And that I owe him for the remaining of the cost of the car. He would not let me pay or even get my things out of the vehicle. I’m taking him to court. He will not get sways w this. DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I. Out of $2845 for one month plus a lot of money I spent for items inside the car. Nothin. To even show for it now. He kept it all. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!!nn- I BOUGHT A CAR 2 WEEKS AGO. THE CAR CAUGHT FIRE !!! I WENT UP THERE TOLD HIM THE CAR IS MESSED UP AFTER TELLING HIM AGAIN BC THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME TELLING HIM. HE SAID YOUR 30 DAYS IS UP. ITS BEEN 14 DAYS !! NOT EVEN A MONTH. HE SAID HE COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SMH!!!! DO NOT BUY!! BAD BUSINESS BADDDD!!!!!!!!!
If I could give no stars I would we got a car from there only last a month then transmission went out an he told me there nothing he can do so I went over his head an went to every place I can think of to get him in trouble. Just sad smh DO NOT GO TO HIM.
He sold us a car that couldn't make it to Houston without stopping every few miles and we still haven't recieved a title and we bought the car in February
