Sebastian was very nice and pleasant to work with! He honored my birthday drink about 2 days later and he in no way had to do that, but was nice enough to let me enjoy my treat! I did show him my ID as well after attempting to scan my app to see of it would show up and he even made me feel better by saying no worries I know you aren't lying! He has great customer service skills and I appreciate him and is kindness! Keep the smiles coming, great work!

This location is one of my favorites to visit. It has a great patio to sip your coffee on and the employees are friendly and genuine. The food and drink is also above average for a store in this chain.

This is the only Starbucks that makes you wait at the drive thru ordering station while only one car stays at the window. The person at the window will chat with you. This company needs to work on management. The drive thru should be taking as many orders as the line should fit and not sitting around chatting it up with customers when y’all are busy. The staff needs to have one someone watch how all the other Starbucks run because this is the most annoying thing. I don’t come to Starbucks to chat at the window. I want my morning coffee on the go! Also if I order 15 minutes ahead of time I hate that you hold me up in the drive thru ordering station. Allow me to move along and take the next customer order!

This place clearly has no speed of service goals whatsoever. All they serve is coffee & it will take you a minimum of 30min to get through the drive. They have great moral, however they need to shift a little more towards the customers needs & value their time. There is always a consistent gap between the window & the order board, this should never be the case.nWould be great to see a change of pace from this location as they have fantastic potential.
