Margie's Bar and Grill

Atmosphere:nSeated towards the end of downtown Bryan, one may miss it but upon looking closey, one will be greeted with the word Margie's on the front of the building. I enjoyed that the building captivated the same look as the rest of downtown Bryan and it resonated once you entered. The bar is on the left side with an array of drinks that you can choose from glass soft drinks to canned drinks. There is ample seating but may be difficult with bigger groups. The signage of Karaoke was present at the front and the jukebox in the back was an indication of some good times ahead.nnService:nService was attentive the moment we stepped foot in the door. We were immediately greeted and asked where we wanted to be seated. After being seated, we were then given the menu, in which she gave us time to look over the menu. Upon ordering the food, the food came out in a short time.nnQuality:nLet's just say one of the better burgers in not only Bryan, but College station as well. I would put them in the top 3 best burgers in the area. Today I had the In-between and it didn't disappoint. It has so much flavor and the egg made to my liking sealed the deal. What could possibly be better, how about.....the best comeback of all-time, fries and tater tots are now back!!!nnIf you have never tried these burgers, do yourself a favor and treat yo-self to any of their plethora of burgers...and don't forget the tots or fries.

They have pretty good hamburgers. A lot of my family members have been coming here for years. I have actually only started eating here or in the last year or so because I always thought it was more of a bar. But it’s now now days. It’s not super fancy. Just a good place to get a burger and they do have some other stuff too.

Amazing burger! Recommend it if your looking for a good tasty burger. What's cool they have these Dr. Pepper glass bottles. But the food, again, is really good. If your near downtown and want a burger you must give this place a try.

Margies is an old school grill. If you're in a hurry or pressed for time at lunch, call ahead.nHandmade burgers like nowhere else. I recommend the tater tots. The American Burger with cheese deal is my go to.

Great little place in downtown Bryan. Has an old town charm to it but with a nice big screen TV to watch local games. Menu is short and sweet. Nothing fancy. Fries, burgers, tater tots, drinks. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with the wife and kids and had a couple of beers with chili cheese tater tots. Scrumptious. And not too expensive! Definitely plan to go back to try some burgers.
