Wonderful boat ramp to use on the San Bernard river. My boat is a deep v hull 17' and the ramp supports me launching it. You can go all the way to the intracoastal waterway from here.
Very nice boat ramp. Loved kayaking the San Bernard River from the ramp, going right 2.5 miles to the dam and back again. Beautiful trees and vegetation.nnDriving from West Columbia, take left exit after the San Bernard River. The entrance closest to crossover has nice restrooms, playground, and picnic area.nnWhen going to the boat ramp, go left after the crossover and continue to the entrance on the other side of the river. There is plenty of parking.nnYou may enjoy hiking the trails!
Fun to take kids fishing
Very nice little ramp- easy to miss from the road. Shallow except at ramp and pier, lots of parking and shade. County park just down the road has bathroom facilities.
Nice new dock. Hanson Riverside county park is right next door. Beautiful stretch of river with live oaks and spanish moss.
