All i can say is AWESOME CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Adam was the best by far with helping me with all the details. Went as far as to make sure i felt safe and secure on site. Location off of Rittiman! Thank you Lock Away. Special thank you to Adam.

Time has definitely flown. I was at Lock-away since 2013. I saw several managers come and go. Saw some get promoted. Without exaggeration; they were all very helpful and kind to the various events life brought me. The final manager I met was Mr. Aguirre. He, like the very first one I met, treated me with respect and listened to a personal concern I brought to his attention prior to leaving.nnIf I ever had to obtain another storage unit in my life. Without hesitation I'd return to this very facility. This place has indoor units with ac, available flatbeds for moving belongings, its conveniently located across Fort Sam (I'm former military), they offer military rates. It's a no brainer.

Since the first day, I have seen nothing but professionalism from the Manager. He have helped me out with everything I need and showed patience when I was indecisive. He help select the correct size storage but walking me to the unit to show me.nFacility is clean and accessible. Also have a truck with the best rates.

This is a very well managed and maintained facility. The staff/ front desk personnel are very professional, kind, and compassionate to the customers. The best storage facility and great prices.

Very good storage facility that is well maintained as in (clean, climate controled, pest controled, knowledgable and professional staff). The only issue is the limited hrs to access my stored items. I get why not having 24hr access, but but what is the $12 insurance for, other than the obvious mishaps that can happen. Other than that these guys do their job very well.
