The manager & Cecilia provided exceptional customer service. We originally came in here for a charger but ended up also switching carriers after finding out they had a great money saving promotion going on. I didn’t feel pressured at all into switching over, I mean who wouldn’t want an additional line and pay $80-$90 less a month?? (With Verizon I had 2 lines and paid well over $200!) We did spend over an hour here but most of it was us conversing, as the girls were super fun and helpful. They had to port over our numbers from Verizon and all that, and were super patient with us in the process. Good job ladies & thanks for making our mini SA trip fun with just a trip to a T-Mobile store!
Went into the store and received the best customer service I have ever received from T-Mobile. All the ladies we’re super nice and very helpful. This will be my go to T-Mobile store from now on. I highly recommend this location!
I had to wait 30 minutes, but when they got to me the staff was verh helpful, and they clean in between customers!!!
Girls working didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Rude tone of voice and attitude. I will definitely be changing companies as I didn't want to be. Way too bad Sprint was bought out and replaced with TMobiles lack of customer service. Disappointing.
Have ordered online and traded in in store many times. Told me I couldn’t. I know you can... I did it literally two months ago. Just wants sales not customer service.
