The staff are VERY customer friendly. They meet & greet you immediately upon entering the store & leaving. The Store itself, is ALWAYS clean and shelves neatly stocked. A+ across the board!

The pharmacy is horrible. Seems to be the trend with BCBS Insurance. They choose the worst providers. For a chain pharmacy, CVS is great. Too bad Walgreens is the 24 hr pharmacy. I go anywhere else, any time possible.

They call me to tell me my prescription is ready, I go pick it up and it's not there or ready. This is getting real old. Customer service is horrible.
