My dr called in a prescription at 12:50 for a procedure I was having done at 3, told the pharmacy I needed to pick the medicine up and take it atleast an hour before the procedure (so by 2). Pharmacy manager told me that the dr had no right to dictate when a prescription is filled by a pharmacy and that because I hadn’t called to confirm they were filling it that they hadn’t filled it and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes which would put me picking the prescription up at 230 this messing my procedure up. Then hung up on me. When I went into the store, he then laughed at me and told me he hadn’t said any of that.nnHe also informed me that they no longer do curbside pick up at the pharmacy but it is listed as a service on their website
