Great experience at Palestine Toyota. While staying in town this week, my car was broken into along with about twelve other vehicles in the hotel parking lot. I took my Tacoma to the dealership early that morning and was on the road that afternoon with new glass installed. The team did a great job getting me back on the road. Would recommend to a friend, for sure!

Update 03/16/2021: Despite challenges brought on by repairs from a major waterline break things are business as usual. Same great people. Same great service. Same excellent customer service. The entire team has stepped up a notch to prove their individual personal commitment to customer care and satisfaction. It is remarkable to see this level of customer respect. Truly outstanding in every detail.nnSam Parker is the go to guy. He is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with in any industry and, by far, the very best car sales customer service professional I know of. He truly cares and is not pushy. We worked together over three months to get me into the truck I wanted rather than the truck the dealership wanted to sell. He was patient and thorough throughout the transaction and he was truly respectful to the customer's needs. The deal was perfect: I got the truck I wanted at a fair price without a lot of hassle or pressure. I drove away feeling I had been treated fairly and honestly every step of the way.nnI have had nothing but excellent service through the Service Department as well. I really appreciate the way I am treated every time.nnThe dealership is clean, nice, comfortable and accommodating. Great WIFI, too.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I am very pleased with the customer service I experienced. The sales man, Donnie Myers, was amazing and guided me to the perfect vehicle for me. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the different vehicles. I’d highly recommend Toyota of Palestine to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

UPDATE: The Owner was very polite and courteous when addressing our issue's and concerns, while solving them. He was very trustworthy. He stayed on top of the issue until it was corrected!nThank You All Very Much!nnHad to have our vehicle serviced. We had an appointment We were quoted one price and was charged another price had to wait two hours. We have a four cylinder and was charged for a 6 cylinder oil change. Had to request for them to give us our money back.

Must have come in on a bad day employees were rude......this was my last review well went buy again in the last month nope not any better maybe even more rude definitely would not recommend them at all and will not ever stop by again. That its worst place every and more then once. Try to give them another try but nope not again.
