All Star Ford Palestine

I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. The entire staff is great. They are always courteous, helpful, and get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner when it goes to the service department. We have been dealing with All Star Ford in Palestine for about 3 years now, have bought 2 vehicles from them and have always been happy with them.

Service Department:nUnfortunately I’ve had to take my truck there several times for some issues not dealing with the dealership. Every time the service staff is great, they take care of the problem and i get my questions answered. I feel good about the work that is/was performed and the great service I was given. I would and do recommend to my friends. Very happy and they even give me a ride to work.

They treat you much better.nnEdit: Here’s my experience with All Star Ford.nI bought a car (my first car ever) from them in 2007. A used 2006 Ford Fusion with 28k miles. Paid for the bumper to bumper warranty. I had just enlisted in the Airforce. Turns out they sold me the car with a CRACKED FRAME. The weld to the subframe was snapped clean off. Caused a loud noise front driver side every time I hit a bump or turned to the right and a shake at high speeds. No worries- I have the bumper to bumper warranty right? Turns out the frame isn’t covered in the bumper to bumper warranty. Nothing they could do. SorrynnI was young and didn’t want to make a big fuss over it but I told myself I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from them and I didn’t...but I have been using their service department after moving back to Palestine from the miltary... plus I have Ford F-150 and they’re local.nnLast month I give them a call because I had an antifreeze leak and Something was wrong with my breaks. They said no problem its $150 to diagnose the problems. I drop the truck off and a few hours later they call me to tell me my turbo is leaking but the breaks are fine. I needed a new Turbo. Nothing else would fix it. ($2,000)nnI go up there and the tech brings me out to the lift to show me the leak. He then tells me that he could probably fix the leak with a stop-leak additive($75.) He also tells me that my brakes are fine. His exact words were, “you probably have 2-3 oil changes left on them.” He adds the additive and fills my antifreeze and I’m on my way $200 bucks later.nn30 days later - my turbo that couldn’t be fixed is miraculously not leaking anymore but my brakes are grinding like a chalkboard. It got so bad in 30 days I didn’t feel safe driving the vehicle anymore. I took it back to the dealership and turns out I need all new brakes and rotors.nnOf course there was no apologies, no loaner vehicle for the two days they had my vehicle (like Palestine Toyota does) or even a discount on the rotor and brake job.nI mean I did pay for a diagnostic on the truck that turned out to be completely wrong which caused more damage to the truck.nnThey are some crooked people up there. Watch them

Great job from Linda in the service department, I had an issue with my vehicle almost 3 hours from home and she worked to get it diagnosed and the part ordered within 30 min of dropping it off. Thanks for the quick turn around.

Went to pick up a car, the staff made it easy. Everything was ready to go and everyone worked to get me back on the road. Well planned out dealership with every service you could possibly need when buying or looking for repairs of any kind.
