We bought a 2004 Ford explorer this past Sunday. 1 week ago. I have now had to have it diagnosed, bushings missing, put on wrong, sway bar is not in tact, front differential is leaking oil, along with the transmission. Going to have to replace a hub assembly and upper control arm just to be able to go faster than 35 mph without roaring. The emergency break was literally missing a shoe and the other fell off as soon as tire was pulled off . I am so disappointed that someone would let someone that has 4 kids trying to find a reliable car, to take it off the lot. Not only am I having to fix all these things, we took it back for him to see 2 days later and he refused to fix anything but the rear third light that was holding it back from passing inspection and sent us on our way. If I could write this review without giving a star, I would. This place has put me even further down the hole than I already was. 0 stars.
Bought a car for almost $5000 and two days later it starting shaking and vibrating. Then a week after that the car wouldn't crank at all. I was told it was in excellent condition but that was a kie. The sliding door on van was working eithern.

I would just like to say thank u again. I bought a 2014 chev traverse 3-2-21 and yes I was very nervous just because I have been done wrong by people when It comes to buying cars but this time I honestly believe I got a good deal everything is as he said and I've had it checked out by a mechanic and also had the oil and everything checked out...
I noticed an ad on Craigslist and found several vehicles I was interested in at blessed k o. They listed the VIN so I checked all three and they were all way off! The main one I was interested in was the 09 sienna miles listed was 122359 actual miles were 246834! STAY AWAY from this place at all costs!!!!
