Customer service doesn't exist. You have to leave a message and they are suppose to call you back, but don't. When I eventually did get a call back, was told my product would be shipped out that day, and it still hasn't gone out a week later. After having problems last year, I placed my order on Nov. 20th this year and it's now Dec. 19th and my order still hasn't shipped! They just out and out lie. It is so sad because Mary of Puddin Hill was part of our Christmas for over twenty years. We will never order from the new company again. They've taken a wonderful company and driven it into the ground.

Customer service is non-existent. They couldn't get an order correct if they tried and you never get refunds for incorrect orders. They never reply to emails or act like you don't know what you are talking about when you have a complaint. Don't bother ordering from this company.
