Spencer Mountain Propane

This used to be a great place to get your smaller propane tanks filled. Great prices, friendly service. Now they have basically dumped all their customers that would bring in their smaller tanks to be filled. If the driver isn't there you cannot leave your tanks anymore to get filled. You ask when the driver will be there and they have no idea and unwilling to set aside a day or even a few hours for people to come and get them filled. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on. Too bad. We always like to support the local businesses but when they are unwilling to work with their customers I'm out.

We just purchased a cabin and the tank was empty. Needed quick filling to help keep water pipes from bursting. I own the tank and just needed it filled.nSpencer Mtn Propane said it would take a couple days to set up an account. I waited a week and never heard from them. Tried calling - noone answers phone. Left voice mail to check status and still no one called me back two days later.nnEDIT: after posting this review, I received a call back (not because they were responding to my voice mail but only because I posted the negative review). When I explained that I had called and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and that no one was returning my voice mail, the lady at Spencer Mtn Propane could only provide the excuse that she was the only one available to answer phones so she was probably too occupied to answer and she also stated she wouldn't have known what to tell me. Thankfully I was able to get prompt service from another company. I hope to consider Spencer Mtn Propane in the future if they work to improve their communication and customer service.

I have always had quick, friendly service and competitive pricing. I recommend.
