I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with Dr. Reid and his Forged Athlete program.nnI’ve been to a lot of physical therapists in the past and I can say unequivocally that Drew is the most passionate and knowledgeable that I’ve encountered.nWhat set him apart was taking the extra time up front to do a really deep dive on not just the pain itself but the underlying structural issues unique to my situation that needed to be remedied. This is especially helpful if you’re an athlete or live a casually athletic lifestyle and deal with chronic pain.nnIn my case, I was dealing with really chronic lower back pain that was hard to pinpoint. After the consultation Drew sent me a really thorough personally tailored plan that, although I was skeptical of at first (as I always am), ended up remedying the majority of my pain in just a couple of weeks. Not only did he fix the primary issue but we talked about several other areas where I was experiencing tightness or chronic pain and he had some really insightful suggestions that changed the way I think about chronic pain and fixing the underlying issues. He did all of this in just a one-hour consultation.nnIf you are any type of athlete, serious or casual, and you are looking to build a stronger foundation while dealing with chronic pain, I can whole-heartedly endorse Dr. Reid!

I reached out to Dr. Drew after I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in my neck, shoulder and back area. These have been ongoing for some time now after doing certain weight lifting exercises and I was just ready to throw in the towel. Being 30 years old and feeling like I was trapped in a 70 year old body was starting to take a toll on me physically and mentally. I felt hopeless that these conditions would only get worse in time. After doing a consultation with Dr. Drew my faith and hopefulness was restored. He took the time to explain what I was experiencing and why. He set me up with some light exercises and stretches that I have put into my daily routine. I can say that within a week I was feeling a major difference. Fast forward to a month later and still staying on top of the program Dr. Drew provided me with has been life changing for me. I feel no discomfort pre, intra or post workout. I feel like I have been given a new opportunity to continue my health journey and stay on top of taking care of my body. Dr. Drew has reached out multiple times to follow up and see how everything was feeling. I can’t thank him enough. I trust him and I couldn’t be more appreciative for his honesty and expertise. I will continue to work with Dr. Drew in the future as needed.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to have a private session with Drew, and he was able to help improve my mobility and taught me techniques on proper lifts to help me maximize the value of my workouts. He is very knowledgeable and can most definitely navigate any concerns you might have; whether it's improving injury recovery or improving mobility with easy movements to implement into your daily agenda. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Reid is great! Easy to follow instructions, and at no point have I felt like I didn't know what I need to do. I'm seeing progress!
