It was great from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and sweet. I explained to them about my anxiety and the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was also very comforting. The only issue I have is pricing the company itself is a little pricey for the amount of work being done

The front staff was professional and helpful. My main complaint is that my wait for my appointment was 1hr45min. I almost walked out. Once I was taken back everything went smoothly. I was expecting a cleaning; that is what I'm used to with a dental check up, but I have to come back for that. The appointment was just x rays and to have the dentist look at my teeth. When I go back for my cleaning, I'll see how long my wait is and how the cleaning goes to determine if I will go back. The patient representative was very nice and explained what my insurance did and didn't cover very clearly.

Dr. Kim was awesome! Truly appreciate having all my questions answered and not feeling rushed and out of the door like previous dentist's. Staff was friendly and welcoming, looking forward to getting my dental needs done here.

Great customer service. Friendly people. Dental hygienist kept me comfortable during cleaning. Business person allowed me to know all i needed to know to accept or work with me on financial.
