Close to the bike trail/park and allows for a nice walk down 1st street to get to Pikes. Pricing is better than some of the other lots in the area.nnAlso there is two heated restrooms that are really clean by the exit of the garage. Perfect for the beginning and end of the day exploring.

cheaper parking rate than alot of other nearby places, used this facility several times on my vacation once I saw how cheap it was, allowing me to explore the park above it and nearby places for many hours without costing me an arm and a leg

My favorite parking garage in Seattle, seriously. It’s like a hidden gem next to my favorite park and near all the treats in Pikes Place. It’s clean and fairly priced. The restrooms are even super clean and heated! I even saw a bunny in their garden ☺ufe0f
