Horrible payment options. Having to wake up at 7 a.m. during your vacation to add time to your parking spot is ridiculous. The are several homeless tents within 20ft of the parking spot. Checked on my vehicle in the middle of the night and several people were loitering in the parking lot.

The lot is small but convenient because of close walk to the space Needle. Dispite how busy and visible our rental car was in the open air lot. Our rental car window was smashed in and our belongings stollen. When we called the provided number they didn't give any support or even suggest to refund our parking for the day. It is park at your own risk.

Honest opinion here: If I were looking for daytime parking because I was going to be in Belltown during the day then I'd consider parking here but that's it.nnParking options were limited and the only overnight parking option was 5PM until 7AM, which isn't a great option if you are on vacation. Frankly, the idea of having to go back to the lot every morning to pre-pay isn't convenient at all.nnThere's a sizable homeless population in Seattle and there's a small tent encampment in the open area adjacent to the lot. I don't think that most [homeless] people will bother other people's property but I didn't feel very comfortable leaving our rental vehicle there. This plus the awful pre-pay parking situation made it unappealing.nnI opted to park in the Seattle Center parking garage, a few blocks north of this lot - it is about the same price, covered and a far better option in my opinion. Ended up being $30/day to park there but the peace of mind was worth it to me.nnAn even better option might be to skip the rental car completely in Seattle and use Lyft and/or public transportation to get around. Just a thought that would likely save you money.
