Spring Hill has used WM for many, many years. We've lived here forever and have never had one problem with the WM crew who comes by to pick up our trash and recycling bins. Once our city started the recycling program, we barely have any trash now. I'm surprised and confused at the negative reviews. I put a huge container of cookies out for them on June 17 a couple years ago for national trashman recognition day because I think they're great. They've always been polite and hard workers. BUT if you think about it, Spring Hill has become full of out-of-state, negative, miserable, God hating people...so maybe the bad reviews shouldn't surprise me after all. :(nI've noticed that a lot of the bad reviews sound like it's the fault of the homeowner who's just taking out their frustrations, procrastination, and ignorance on WM.
These guys are hard working & great. The truck had already picked up past the house and we walked out to take another recycle load so I was wheeling it to the driveway and he said no we'll get that. Backed up truck and unloaded the can again. Always friendly.
I have never had any problems with WM schedule and the folks on our route are friendly and always helpful.
No issues. Glad they are offering this service. Previous city I lived in did not.
Shows up when they want to, or not at all. Spring Hill contracted this worthless company. And we can't get out of the program. Even though we don't get what we pay for. Spring Hill should have their own trucks. And get rid of wast management.
