I appreciate the professional and friendly attitude of the employees of Columbia Power and Water Systems. When my computer went down, they actually helped me get it running again and did the job very quickly. The guy I talked to knew what he was doing. Power outages were handled quickly. Bill payment, super easy. Thank you!!!! We have had a great year with you!

CPWS- after moving from Cool Springs I am grateful to say their power/ water rates here in Columbia are very low. Everyone I have spoken to are professional and friendly, they go out of their way to help me or warm transfer me to the correct person to assist with my questions.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a power company. I moved from Nashville where NES works with customers. My paycheck was lost in the mail and my bill was due 1/26. I asked for an extension until 2/19 and was told me no, my power will be disconnected in the middle of winter during a global pandemic tomorrow. Pretty inhumane.

I don't know why this site has so many poor reviews. The young ladies working here have gone over an beyond what is necessary to give me a good experience. Sarah is the best! No where have I ever lived...can you get power, water, trash, internet and TV all in one bundle. I was even given the option as to where I wanted security lights on my property. I almost hesitate to say how excited I am to move to Columbia, because I don't want everyone to know about this sweet little town!! Great service!!

Trying to connect new service for rental im moving into in 2 days. Filled out the application this morning and didn't hear anything back by 2 or 3 pm so I called and was on hold for 30 minutes and eventually chose for them to call me back... Never called me and now they're closed. What's the point of making the application digital if it's not any faster or productive to get things going. I've moved a few times and other Electric companies are all about quick service. I call and give them my info and they run my credit and I pay over the phone and they send someone right out to the address.
