Majority of the staff is very nice and friendly except...Molly can be very unprofessional. If it's not talking about politics it's constantly bring up I wear a wig especially around other clients. Molly don't know if I'm wearing it because I'm a survival cancer patient, if I have a under lying medical condition or what. Just seems very unprofessional to me.

I had a series of appointments here after a car accident. I somewhat wish I had chosen a different clinic. My main complaint is that the PTs at this office wouldn't take into consideration my ability to do certain exercises based on other underlying conditions. I know those conditions were not what I was being treated for, and that is fine.. but you need to at least consider a patient's actual, realistic ability based on ALL health factors before starting a routine with a patient; otherwise, you risk injuring your own patient. I have scoliosis and unilateral diaphragmatic paralysis which causes exercise dyspnea (I've had this problem since I was a child; it is similar to having asthma, but there is no form of treatment to ease the symptoms like an inhaler or anything). I disclosed all this information to the therapists from the beginning, but I left everyday feeling ill - light headed, nauseous, etc. - due to the nature of the exercises they were making me do. My doctor wanted me to do more therapy, but I opted not to return to this clinic.
