Low crime, utilities are included in the rent which is weekly or monthly, price is a little on the high side but everything considered it's decent, management is professional and personal so you don't feel treated like a number, it is in the country area right outside of Columbia so there are critters and wildlife, overall I recommend.

Has been improved but still needs major improvement

Very nasty place to live, especially for how high priced it is. It's infested with roaches and has mice. The owners are very rude and maintenance does not do their jobs. The place is known for drugs. Had people coming up to us asking if we wanted pot. Would not recommend.

The management team is very friendly,caring, considerate and understanding when there is a problem or situation needing to be dealt with quickly.
