Amazing service! The kittens are well kept and healthy. The lady there was very kind and helped me find my new best friend

The people who work there are just fine. What I judge, however, is the condition of their facilities and how the animals are kept. For that I give them 5 stars. Yes, I agree the people could be a bit nicer; but they also may be dealing with so many brash individuals that they may be exhausted. Maybe if you give them a break, they'll give you a break.

It appears my previous review was taken down. The director of this place is extremely rude. Even confrontational. After ten years of loyal dog ownership it ended in tragedy as we had to give our dog up. The director made sure to yell at us and make us feel even worse. I guess he forgets his salary is paid by the tax payers and doesn’t feel the need to be kind to people. Stay away if you can.

My husband and I along with our granddaughter went to the shelter Saturday August 3, 2019. We were greeted by friendly staff who were obviously passionate about the animals in their care. They allowed us to interact with any kitties that we had an interest in adding to our family. We chose two beautiful energetic kittens and were shocked and pleased to find that we had come in on “Caturday” which meant no fees. I would urge all who have room in their home and heart to visit and adopt soon. We’re so glad we did!

I have visited the Animal.Rescue several times. I have spoken with Carol on the phone and in pperson. She was very short with me a couple times, But most of the time I found her pleasant and informative. The thing I did pick up though, was how much she cared for her charges. She wants to help those animals. And she works hard for them.
