They overstep their legal power regularly, Move landowners boundaries without notifications. Strongly suggest, almost force landowners to use certain surveyors. Refuse to actually visit land sites in question to settle disputes (even though this is listed in their official job descriptions). They refuse to honor deeds more than a few years old. All office personnel should be removed starting from the top.
