All of the staff are so very nice to the family's they have served. I want to say a big thank you to to this funeral home.
Although, thankfully, its been awhile since we have needed funeral services, there is nowhere else we would go...During our grandmother's passing, Steve went with us to Cookeville for her burial and I cant even begin to express our appreciation when we lost our precious Daddy almost 10 years ago, we couldn't have asked for more compassion and care...We will be forever grateful to Steve and his staff❤
Half way through the process and we could not be any more pleased. Steve is a kind and caring man that has graciously been walking us through our difficult time. Our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts.
No response to emails although their website indicates otherwise saying essentially that they will respond promptly. I have been waiting for contact from someone for more than a week. Also, no response when asked to make corrections to an obit. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
