Pretty good apartments for a low cost. It is nice that everything is included. You get your own bathroom and the employees are friendly. The apartments seem a little old and not really updated. When I moved it they weren’t as clean as I hoped. Maintenance is very nice and usually are pretty fast but sometimes you have to call a few times if it’s a bigger project.

I have had a fantastic experience living at University Village over the past 4 years. The rent is very affordable for the area, all utilities are included (which is super convenient for me!), it's in a safe area, and the apartments are very spacious and good quality. It's also a reasonable distance away from the Clemson campus, so it's easy to drive or take the bus, and it's right down the road from the grocery store. Overall, great location and great living space.

Love living here!! The office staff is great, the clubhouse is an awesome space to hang out, and the apartments are sizable. Its nice having my own bathroom and maintenance does a fantastic job of keeping up with the apartments.

READ: Take your money and live somewhere else. Management is horrible. The one stars reviews here are saying the truth. One of their managers, tyson young is rude. They will lie to you. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They never notify you about anything regarding any changes made from your lease documents. They never send the documents that I requested. I think her name is Victoria and most of the leasing agents are students, once they answer the phone, they don’t really answer the questions you may have and will say “I will tell my manager and have him/her email you.” and after that, you don’t get an email back from them. The place is affordable for anyone. Their management is what makes the place horrible.

I have lived here for over 2 years now and I really love it! The rent is really cheap, the pool and gym are nice, and my room is very big for a college apartment. Every time we have an issue maintenance helps asap and everyone who works in the office is super nice!
