Always the best programming! They recently had an Italian Cinema Festival with a fantastic program. Very charming space with kind staff. This space also serves as a community center for kids film camps and other film festivals.
It was my first time at this location. Modern space. Great location. Easy to get to via public transportation. Theater seats were slightly uncomfortable. The temp was perfect. Plenty of handicap seating. Friendly and welcoming staff. Film was amazing (The Mover)...a German film.
SIFF Film Center is another reason Seattle is just better. After 10 years here I still shake my head over what a special institution SIFF is.
Great selection of films, in a small (but not tiny) theater. Seats are comfy. They do have popcorn, but only offer soda in 16-ounce bottles. No ice.
One of my most favorite places in Seattle. My kids and I have made movies at the Crash Cinema Saturday when they were younger. My sons were on the jury for the family movies in 2013. One of my sons did an internship in the design dept. I attend workshops whenever I can they are always very interesting and you meet great people passionate about movies. I am a member because I really love the place and what they do. The staff is super nice. Dustin Kaspar is awesome.
