My husband and I have both received services at the Monroe, NC office of Select Physical Therapy and have always, without exception, received kind and professional care. My husband was a patient for about 8 months following injuries in a catastrophic truck wreck in November, 2019. Caylene Tripp did amazing work with arm, wrist, and hand. She's an awesome physical therapist!!!! She set goals and together we achieved them. I am thankful that I had her for my therapist. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend Select Therapy to anyone.

After brain surgery, went to an SPT occupational therapist. This person was very knowledgeable, efficient, and on-time. She had many 'tricks in her bag' on ways to work with me to get the synapses and dendrites firing in my brain again! I like the fact she gave me many tips to also use at home to keep it going ...
