Marc and his team are absolutely exceptional! He’s a walking Wikipedia of passports and the rules around application and renewal. My wife’s renewal application was lost in the mail and we thought for sure we were going to miss our trip. Nope! Marc saved the day! I highly recommend his firm to anyone needing help with anything to do with passports.

I was promised that my passport issues would be taken care of immediately, apparently that was not the case until I contacted them after a few times. Marc made careless mistakes on my documents/forms in which I had to redo them last minute before my appointment with the passport agency.
