Yesterday my experience at ProGrin was awesome as always. My hygienist Melody is always very thorough with the cleaning but gentle as well. I’m sure the other hygienists are great too. My favorite thing about this place is the positive energy. The staff is very friendly always. Also, this was the first time that I didn’t have dental insurance and they were very accommodating in my opinion. They also have a plan you can purchase from them directly. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t been. Thanks.

Dr. Ayers is such a kind, caring dentist who we’re thankful to go to. He’s thorough and educates us well on whatever has been going on with our teeth and gums. Everyone in the office is so sweet, and the atmosphere is always wonderful.

Today was my very first visit with ProGrin. Despite a minor mix up with my appointment time, I’d have to say overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. Thanks to my amazing hygienist, Juli who was extremely welcoming, sweet and educated! She made me feel comfortable and explained so much! She definitely knows her stuff! You will not be disappointed!!

I searched around and saw that this was the closest dentist place next to me. Called on Monday to make an appointment telling them that I wanted to make an appointment for a toothache letting them know that I would be a new patient there. They got my information down and surprisingly I was given a appointment the next day to see what was wrong with me so that they can explain to me what they can do from there. Upon entering the facility, the inside was clean and mess free. Of course when you check in as a new patient, it's the usual paper work. Wait time wasn't that long. I was examined and told what options I had and what I wanted to do from there. The staffs that was with me was great at explaining everything to me. To my surprise, I was able to do my toothache with a root canal on the same first day which I went in as a new patient. During the root canal procedure, i didn't feel any pain at all but when I did I told the staffs that was working with me. They added more because my toothache was fighting back. Everything went smoothly in the end and other than that, great first impression and experience. I would recommend this to people who I know. There could be some improvements also. I definitely would come back again.

Just had an extraction done yesterday. I hate needles in my mouth and I'm not overly fond of surgery; prone to passing out. However; with the oral sedation, novicane, and nitrous they gave me...I made it through completely aware and without pain. Their staff and doctor were polite and very helpful and ill be going there again for all my dental needs.
