Broad River Baptist Church

They had bbq plate sale for mission trip. The bbq is incredible.

From the first moment me and my grandchildren walked through the door the warm welcome we received made us feel like we were home, and we were! A few short months later I joined Broad River Baptist by letter from my previous church as I was baptize there. I'm so blessed I had the chance to join while Pastor Dennis and his lovely wife Susie were still there. I look forward to meeting the new pastor Sunday (7.7.19) and continuing my growth with Christ. I am excited for the children's programs they have, something for every age, and the Word of God is taught to all in a way that is understood by all. In addition to just teaching the word they walk the walk, not just the talk. The children are taught from day one the ways of God and His Spirit and of Christ our Savior. They also take the kids to do many fun activities from going to get snocones to swimming. Also the older children (and adults) go on mission trips and do local missionary work as well!! I know that this is a long post but I have so many good things to say about the family in Christ at Broad River Baptist that I didn't want to leave anything out but there is so much good they do. From seniors to teens they are involved in helping others. The mentorship is amazing... Seniors mentoring young adults who pass is down to the teens who help teach the children's classes. If you are looking for a church this one has something for everyone. May God bless Broad River and continue to guide its members.

Not a very friendly atmosphere. Not community involved.
