One of my favorite places to stop for a drink in Seattle. The Sake selection is phenomenal and they have some great Japanese beers as well. It is a fantastic place to grab a bottle on my way home, or have a drink before grabbing dinner. They only have drinks and no food which makes it a great place for a quick stop.
This is my new favorite bar - anywhere. Intimate and casual. Someone new to sake or a sake-nerd would all feel welcome here. The owner Johnnie and his clientele were interesting conversation - from Japanese aesthetics to film trivia. We sampled both sake flights and each one was full of delightful flavor. We will be back!
Very cool bar with a lot of asian drinks. The 2 times I went here the owner behind the counter was very nice, very polite, and it made for a good experience each time. The bar looks incredible and is easily accessible if you wanted to just walk there. Definitely worth the visit if you're thinking about checking this place out!

Unbeatable selection of top shelf sake. Very unusual to find a place like this in any city. Johnnie knows his stuff and is happy to give as much information about sake and Japanese culture as you're interested in hearing. A Japanese diplomat stopped in one night and mentioned it feels like japan. If I'm ever in Seattle - Sake Nomi is 100% on the must revisit list.
