I requested an appointment online one night and heard back from y'all the very next morning. You got me a work in appointment for the day I wanted. The girl that came out to the car to ask me questions and get my dog was very friendly. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. (Shannon maybe?) Dr. Herold called me multiple times to update me while I was waiting in the car. He also called me the next day with the lab results. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly to me and make sure my questions were answered. I felt like my dog received great care from Electric City Animal Clinic.

Had availability to see my dog. She needed surgery. The vet and staff explained in detail the procedure, recovery, medication, and cost. It took several weeks and physical therapy for my dog to fully recover. Post surgery and during therapy the vet will call in to provide progress and check if I had any concerns. Vet and staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for taking care of my Tia.

My pets are well cared for here. The staff here has been with us through many stages of our babies lives, and we’ve always been treated with honesty, respect, courtesy, and friendliness. The way our pets are cared for is phenomenal. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Everyone i was in contact with was a caring professional. I have been coming to this clinic with my dogs for several years and gladly recommend to everyone I know the outstanding service here. Keep up the good work guys .... yall are greatly appreciated

Excellent service and reasonable prices! Here the staff actually cares about your pet and NOT about robbing you. Very appreciative for all you do each day!
