This post office deserves negative stars. Most ridiculous people in Anderson work at this facility. Zero work ethics or concern for their customers.
The personal inside and mail carriers are a good reason the postal service should be privatized. These people have poor work ethics and take no pride in their work. I have never seen such sloppy people in my life.
Whoever designed the Chick-Fil-A drive thru system should immediately be put in charge of the USPS. The tracking data on my package said that they attempted to deliver my package to me but that I requested it be held at the post office. Neither was true, and the carrier never left a notice on the door. I only found out through tracking at the retailer website. I went to the post office listed in the tracking number and they directed me to this one. The teller said that it was back out for delivery, so I wasted over an hour and a half driving all over town chasing my package, which I still haven't received.

I know we have this Covid 19 stuff going around however yesterday I was on my way to a doctor's appointment and the mailman was delivering mail to my building and had my small package with him that had instructions leave at front door and instead of walking up 1 i repeat 1 flight of stairs he takes it back to the post office making me have to make an unexpected trip. On another SMALL delivery the mail person said the was no access to my building which was not true whatsoever and my prescription was in that delivery and I don't know when ill receive it. From what I've seen first hand from both the actual post office AND the delivery person they are just lazy and of no help
