Absolutely horrible. We had soot damage. They came and picked up 4 televisions, computer, printer, clothes, bedding and curtains. They didn't get everything the first time so had to come back. We were told to call several days before we would be back in our house, which we did. They told us they were covered up due to the Easter holiday and that the earliest they could get our possessions back to us, was 4 days later. We were fine with that. So on that day, an employee called us to say he would be a little late coming by to get our check. I asked him if he had our possessions and he said no. He said the office would need to call us to schedule that. We finally called the office and asked to speak to the manager/owner. He called us and he apologized and said he would drive our possessions to us in his car. There is no way they would fit so we told him that. He then said, I don't know what else I can do. Absolutely the worst service and the bill is over $3,000. At this point, we just hope we get everything back.
Only half of clothes were cleaned... I was overcharged..but willing to give me a refund
