While Kip is friendly and provides great customer service, I did not have a great experience working with Mac’s. I brought my wedding dress in to be steamed before bridal portraits and then to be cleaned after (the dress had some grass/dirt/mud stains on the under layers and around the bottom). The ladies here did warn me against having my dress cleaned before the wedding, but I dropped off my dress with Kip and he was reassuring and wonderful. Went to pick it up, and I was treated very poorly by some of the other staff. They did clean my dress and took good care of it, but I would never recommend going to a place that would treat a customer they way they treated and spoke to me.
