Never again will I go through them. I drove around for days not knowing my policy had been cancelled due to not providing proof of residency that I emailed week prior to the due date. THEN progressive refused to reinstate my policy so the lady rewrote my policy expecting me to pay all over again, && to top it all off due to them my car is up for repossession.
