Dillard's Clearance Center

I’m sad to say that my favorite store is no more. My mom can’t shop there AT ALL because it isn’t wheelchair accessible: all the racks of clothing and shelves are a mere foot apart, which I thought was against some sort of disability law. Most of the people working there either left or were let go (including the entire wonderful crew in the makeup section: what’s a department store without makeup?) as there is a skeleton crew working there now, only visible at the single entrance in the massive store. And don’t even think of entering the mall from there (as I always stopped at Dillard’s first and went to the other stores), it’s closed off! Then there is only one set of dressing rooms exactly halfway around the place, as far away from the check-out/entrance as possible, with a very rude woman acting like you’re going to steal all the clothes. The shoe section was the worst part. I couldn’t reach the top of the shelves even though I’m quite tall, there’s no proper lighting to see any of them, they’re organized in a crazy, haphazard way, and when I asked for help, the lady at the counter said she isn’t allowed to leave it to help customers? And there were absolutely no workers throughout the store to help, either. That was the delightful Dillard’s experience! Great customer service! Everything that was this store for me and my mom has been smashed to bits, and it’s sad and disappointing. Go elsewhere, it’s so annoying to shop there it’s not worth the dollars you save - we have plenty of nice options in this town now with great prices.

If you're looking to dress for less, this. Is. The. Place. Ladies always has good sales with plenty to choose from. Men's has a really good assortment of items to from shorts to fill suits. Nice suits to. Nothing in the store is over 65%, often less than that. Every now and then, there's even a $.99 rack.

I always find something wonderful and exceptional to wear and unbelievably low prices on high end clothing and shoes! The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Such a big sale. I really wasn't looking for anything so hard to concentrate on any one thing. Everything was so organized and such great prices. A sale you don't want to miss!
