Injured my ankle, walked on it regardless of the pain for a few months, broke down went to my GP, who sent me to Dr. Nicole Cupp in Bartlesville. Dr Cupp sends me for an MRI and also physical therapy. Physical therapist reports no improvements at all after 6 weeks. Dr Nicole Cupp then asks me if I want a shot in my ankle, and that a shot is all she can do for me since PT didn’t help, and because she says my MRI looks ok to her. I leave without shot. I ask my GP to refer me to a different Podiatrist, who gets me into his office, immediately sends me for new MRIs bc he explains the first MRI was so poorly done, that he couldn’t read anything from it. But can tell from the state of my foot that something is obviously wrong. New MRIs show major tendon and ligament damage, also shows bones that have moved out of place. Was immediately scheduled for surgery. I’m now post surgery by about a week. I’m beyond grateful for the surgeon that took the time to actual fix what was wrong, instead of just offering me a shot and telling me that nothing at all was wrong with my foot or ankle. If only we lived in a world where, when done wrong by a medical professional, that they’d at least offer you some type of explanation... So brief synapses, I would absolutely NOT, In any situation small or great, recommend Dr. Nicole Cupp. She not only lied in my case to me, but showed a profound lack of the most mundane empathy towards a fellow person, much less her patient.

She is wonderful I wouldn't go to anyone else she takes time with her patients needs

Been here twice in the last 6 month's. Both times waited more than 15 minutes after appointment time to be called back to the room. Then another 30+ minutes to be seen. Don't expect to be seen on time. Doctor and nurses are nice amd do a good job.

She was very nice! Pinned point my issue and went Beyond And did blood work on me to make sure sure it's not something more! Her nurse was so nice also and the ladies that work in the office where nice and had smiles on their faces! Thank you guys for helping me to figure out what's going on.

I first saw Dr. Cupp about a year ago. I had plantar fasciitis which caused severe heel pain. She ‘cured’ it with a shot and new shoes. I have not had heel pain since. Her and her staff are always so friendly. I highly recommend her.
