Wonderful experience planning and securing the ring of my choice. Joseph Jewelry provided excellent customer service and helped me through the process of determining proper ring size, recommending ring sizing tools and providing honest feedback about particular ring materials, durability and customer preferences. I'm overall very pleased with the experience.
I had a custom ring made for my fiancé and Joseph Jewelry were great to work with. They sent me a wax model prior to sending the ring for production to ensure size and style. I would definitely recommend them.
I could not be more happy with my fiancés personalized ring. Everyone else I went to never got back to me and if they did, they took days. I was so nervous making a personalized ring but from the smallest detail they got it right and did it all within my time crunch! I will be going back over and over again!
Really rate the service from Joseph's, we are in the UK and organised matching wedding bands to be made. We sent a sketch and they set up a project for us and sent quote. Easy to understand, and a fantastic web system. They then produced cad images, we made a few tweeks and then we receievd wax models. the rings then go into production. They have arrived with FedEx and all in all a really great service. The rings are amazing and everyone who has seen them, even local jewellers say how high quality they are. It was a daunting prospect to order custom made expensive rings from so far away, we knew we wouldn't be able to get over in person, even before Covid hit. So glad that we braved it and went for it.
