Yes, great place. I found my wife a beautiful engagement and wedding ring. After I did someresearch. It was even the best price by far. Highly recommended to go and see. Even for watches. Great experience indeed. ;)
I took in my pocket watch for a new movement. They said it would be about two weeks, called me four days later...it was ready! (I first took the same watch to an unnamed and very fancy jeweler about a block east of Samuels, where they not only could not fix the watch, they actually made things worse!) Samuels' people are polite, skillful, fast, and very responsive. Highly recommended!
