I went here looking to purchase an engagement ring and couldn’t have had a better experience. Zach walked me through the process of buying a ring and went through great lengths to help me find the perfect ring for my budget. He even helped to find a band which they didn’t carry and special ordered it for us all while keeping in mind how far out our wedding was so that we didn’t run right on time. I’d highly recommend shopping here if you want high quality jewelry/watches and value great customer service.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with David Young at Ben Bridge over the past year. He is extremely responsive and I trust him completely. My most recent purchase was a harder to find piece that he kept on top of and proactively contacted me when it was available. Patience and having the right jeweler pays off. Thank you David!
