The Kerr activities center is looking worn and tired. There is a great deal of filth, mold and dirt on the exterior surfaces. The concrete is dirty and filthy. The complete exterior is looking very bad.

It's a small venue, so you don't really have to worry about good/bad seats. Parking is close also. But because it's small, the seating is uncomfortable and the steps are steep.

Crowded...hot...horrible audio system you could barely hear anything guest speakers said. They didn't pull out the bottom step up so people even had difficulty getting up onto stairs in upper levels!! Poor planning...poor quality facility...lack of attention to important details for family & guests!
