We use the Shawnee location, and they really have been amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everyone has been willing to answer questions and give us all the information we need. And most importantly, their work has made a tremendous difference in my daughter’s smile. I can’t wait until treatment is finished so she can show off her beautiful smile confidently!

Very good experience with them. I was very nervous at first but they explained the whole process and insured I was in good hands. I always receive a reminder from them when it's time for my next appointment. They are also handling the pandemic very well and making sure everybody gets their temperature taken before entering and everybody wears masks. They always make sure you're comfortable and nothing is hurting I highly recommend going here especially for little kids.

We had a great first experience here at the Shawnee location. The staff was very polite and prompt. My son is 7 and is normally very nervous in any doctors office but he did very well. The hospitality here was great. We just started my sons treatment plan here and look forward to continuing it with them.

I enjoyed my experience here. As an adult, I was nervous to get braces, but they made the experience fun. The girls who work there are so nice and always informed me on things I needed to do to take care of my braces. The doctors were so nice, too. I would recommend them to them anyone!

I go to OSO in Shawnee, the staff there is absolutely amazing as well as the doctors. Anytime I have an issue with my braces they immediately work me in with no problem. They answer any and all questions or concerns I have and make me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend everyone come see them.
