My case worker specically Donita Hickman WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILSnAnd it doesn't matter if you file a greviance because nothing happens. 20 days no snap benefits, no returned calls (i left multiple voicemails and emails) no returned emails no word, nothing

I don't know how the cps workers are supposed to communicate with the people of whom they take children from, but the caseworker I had wasn't very responsive and she was quite rude whenever it came to visitation and anytime I had a question, she would always just say ask your attorney. She lied in the court room multiple times, I know that's part it their job in order to get money from the commission and the amount of children they take from families who are honestly trying and give children back to families who actually have done wrong and couldn't bring proof of what she said she was doing to help me get my children back. In her lies and deception, I lost custody of my children. I hope you have better cps workers now, than you did 5 years ago.

This place is a joke and the women that work there are very bitter and rude. I wouldn’t have even given one star but it made me.
