Used Southern Express for our senior class trip. Vance was an excellent driver who made sure we all were safe and happy. When the hotel wasn't near places to eat (we were told this by hotel staff) he took it upon himself to drive us to a section where the kids had plenty of choices to eat. He went beyond expectations. Will use again and already have him on the board for future school trips.
Excellent service- nice, comfortable bus!Took a group for family reunion to Charleston, SC this past weekend and our driver, Mr. David Cable, made sure we were all comfortable & got to our appointed places. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable about the city-which was a big help! We would highly recommend Southern Express!
OUR driver was excellent but we are now waiting for over an hour so we can change divers. The replacement diver hours late. Poor customer servicenWe want to get home. WE should be the priority!
while I don't have experience with southern express. all of you who are unhappy should call AT&T charter service. they have the best bus fleet bar none. the drivers are great and do a super job.
I work here so all good we do our best to give safe and reliable transportation with professional drivers and we'll maintained equipment
